摘要: |
目的 采用近红外光谱技术对香砂养胃丸(浓缩丸)中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量进行快速测定。方法 采集样品的近红外光谱图,以HPLC测量值为参考,运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的定量模型。结果 定量模型的校正集内部交叉验证相关系数(R2)、校正均方差(RMSEC)、内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为0.994 9,0.011 1,0.020 5;验证集的预测相关系数(r2)、预测均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.988 3,0.016 7。结论 此方法操作简单,测定结果准确,能快速、批量的对香砂养胃丸进行含量测定,节约了分析成本,提高了分析效率。 |

OBJECTIVE To fast determining the content of magnolol and honokiol in Xiangshayangwei pill by Near-infrared spectrum technology. METHODS The near infrared spectra of samples were collected, while take the HPLC value as a reference. The partial least squares (PLS) was used to establish the quantitative model of magnolol and honokiol. RESULTS The correlation coefficient of calibration (R2), the root-mean-square error of calibration(RMSEC) and the root-mean-square error of cross-validation(RMSECV) of the calibration model were 0.994 9, 0.011 1 and 0.020 5, respectively. The correlation coefficients of prediction(r2) of the validation and the root-mean-square error of prediction(RMSEP) were 0.988 3 and 0.016 7, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple and the result is accurate. It could be applied to determining the content of Xiangshayangwei pill in bulk and fast. It could save costs and improve efficiency. |
