龟鹿养骨汤治疗肾阳虚型绝经后骨质疏松症疗效观察

摘要:

目的 观察龟鹿养骨汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(post-menopausal osteoporosis，PMOP)的疗效，并探讨其作用机制。方法 选取120例PMOP患者，控制年龄、绝经年限、身高、体重的前提下随机分为两组，治疗组给予龟鹿养骨汤饮服，对照组给予口服罗盖全10 mg·d^-1，治疗周期为6个月。治疗前后进行症状评分，并观测生化指标：骨密度(bone mineral density，BMD)，血碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP)，雌二醇(E2)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)。结果 治疗前后比较，BMD，ALP，E2明显增加(P<0.05)，IL-6明显降低(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论 龟鹿养骨汤具有补肾壮阳、接骨续筋、强身健骨之功效，能改善PMOP临床症状，增加雌激素水平，提高BMD，促进骨形成，对PMOP具有较好的治疗作用，可以在临床推广应用。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Guiluyanggu decoction on the patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) and its possible mechanism. METHODS The 120 patients of PMOP were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was administered with Guiluyanggu decoction while the control group was given Luogaiquan(10 mg·d^-1). The treatment lasted for 6 months. The levels of BMD, ALP, E2 and IL-6 before and after treatment were observed. RESULTS After 6 months, the treatment group was significantly better than before treatment in increasing BMD, ALT, E2 and decreasing IL-6(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Guiluyanggu decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and increase the levels of BMD, ALT and E2. It is good for PMOP than Luogaiquan which should be applied generally.
