Self-emulsifying drug delivery system has become the focus of pharmaceutical research, because it increases the rate and extent of absorption of the drug, enhance the solubility of poorly soluble drugs, and increase the bioavailability. In this review, the latest research progress of self-emulsifying drug delivery system is introduced. |
