摘要: |
由于冠脉微循环障碍的发生机制比较复杂,临床上治疗冠脉微循环的药物疗效均未得到充分肯定,线粒体通透性转换孔(mitochondrial permeability transition pore,mPTP)的开放因会引起冠脉微循环细胞功能异常而成为当前治疗冠脉微循环障碍的热点研究靶标。本文就近几年国内外关于mPTP在冠脉微循环障碍中的作用研究进展进行简要讨论。 |

Abstract: |
Due to the mechanism of coronary artery microcirculation disturbance is complicated, the drug efficacy of clinical treatment of coronary microcirculation has not been fully affirmed. The open of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP) which causes coronary microcirculation dysfunction of cells become the hotspot research targets for the treatment of coronary microcirculation dysfunction. In this review, the lastest research progress of mPTP in the coronary artery microcirculation disturbance is briefly discussed. |
