喘息性支气管肺炎患儿的出院用药指导对提高用药依从性的作用分析

摘要:

目的 探讨出院用药指导实践对患儿出院后用药依从性的影响。方法 将患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组（n=265）和对照组（n=265），其中对照组患儿仅给予常规出院的住院医师指导；观察组患儿出院时在对照组基础上临床药师给予出院用药指导，对比2组患儿出院后用药依从率以及临床效果。结果 观察组患儿出院后用药依从率为97.0%，显著高于对照组的86.4%（P<0.01）。观察组出院后药物治疗有效率为90.9%，显著高于对照组的84.5%（P<0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 出院用药指导是药学服务的内容之一，针对患儿及家长对疾病及出院后药物治疗的重要性与必要性认识欠缺，对指导患者特别是患儿安全、有效、经济地用药具有重要意义，能有效提高患儿出院后的用药依从率，从而获得更好的疾病治疗效率。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical effects of drug education on improving medication compliance in pediatric patients. METHODS 530 discharge pediatric patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=265) and the control group(n=265) by random number table, the control group were given routine discharge guidance, and the observation group were given drug education based on the control group, then the drug use compliance rate and the clinical effects 6 months after the discharge were contrasted between the two groups. RESULTS The drug use compliance rate after the discharge was 97.0% in the observation group, significantly higher than 86.4% in the control group(P<0.01); the effective rate in the observation group was 90.9%, significantly higher than84.5% in the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Discharge medication education is a new type of comprehensive pharmaceutical care, as parents lack of understanding the importance and necessity of drug therapy after discharge, it has important significance in guiding patients, especially children with safe, effective and economical use of drugs, can improve medication compliance rate of children after discharge, resulting in better disease treatmentefficiency.
